This by far will
be the most ambitious “The Million Pursuit Odyssey” project ever to be
undertaken. It is the
creation of a Utopian civilization. The first phase is to be completed in 10
years. That is approximately 30,000,000 seconds from today. The first
phase, which is underway at the present time, is the collection of seed money
for the project. This will involve
research to gather proper information in order to implement the plan. This
seed money will also be used create plans for the project. The plans will
include development of the actual structure of the city. Many things have to
be taken into consideration when creating a city. But, instead of using
existing land like most cities do, this city will be planned from the ground
up. Every part of the city will be strategically located. This means the city
will be designed completely before one shovel of dirt is moved. You can
imagine what this will entail. A water company, and electric company,
telephone company, roads, a police station, and other buildings to take care
of the infrastructure need to be planned. Banks, Grocery stores, and other
businesses need to be planned as well.
On top of the public and commercials buildings, residential facilities
will be need to be planned as well. This is just
the tip of the iceberg in what is needed in planning a city from the ground
up. Seed money
will be needed to get this project started. At this time the project will be
taking donation to raise that seed money. It was determined that the Internet

research and plans have been finished, New Utopia will begin accepting
